Refund & Return Policy
At Design For Destiny, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to shop with complete confidence. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- ✅ Item is unused and unwashed
- ✅ Item is in its original condition with all tags intact
- ✅ Item is in its original packaging
- ✅ Return request is raised within 30 days of delivery
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- ❌ Custom-cut or made-to-measure fabric orders
- ❌ Items that have been washed, used, or altered
- ❌ Items without original tags or packaging
- ❌ Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- ❌ Gift cards
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged/defective item
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at designfordestiny90@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our address
- Share the tracking details with us once shipped
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items of the same or different value, subject to availability. To request an exchange, contact us at designfordestiny90@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- ✅ Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
- 💳 Refunds are credited to your original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card)
- ⏳ Bank processing may take an additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account or UPI app again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If still unresolved, email us at designfordestiny90@gmail.com
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI. Please provide your bank account details or UPI ID when contacting us for a refund.
